Faith. Health. Love.

Professional life

For the past 15+ years, I have worked in a variety of creative environments. More than 10 of those years have been specifically in the pharmaceutical industry, and include experience in oncology, vaccines, surgical products, medical communications, Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, and animal healthcare. I work well under pressure and can handle quick turnarounds and tight deadlines, without compromising the creative side of things.

From a very early age I realized I wanted to pursue a career as a graphic designer. Having had a great-grandfather who was a painter and an uncle who is a designer, I have been exposed to various aspects of the art world all of my life.

I have many years of experience in both print and digital, and have extensive working knowledge in the Adobe creative suite programs. I love teaching/mentoring others and sharing the knowledge I have gained throughout my career. I am always up for a good challenge and enjoy coming up with unique solutions that help the client achieve their goals.

Personal life

I am a very driven person. I strongly believe you can do anything you put your mind to, and being a mother of 3, I try to instill that virtue in my children. I love teaching them about life, and learn a lot along the way. As adults it is important for us to remember to keep our hearts and minds open so that we can continue to learn as well.

In addition to my family, horses are also a big part of my life. I have been riding since I was 10 years-old, and used to teach lessons on the weekends. Like dogs, horses can sense and pick up on emotions. When working with horses, you really need to have your emotions in check, and leave all the anxiety and baggage behind. I love this relationship between horses and people, it helps me to reflect and stay grounded.
